Account Executive

We’re looking for an Account Executive ready to impact sustainable travel significantly. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that drives the development of solutions that enable hotels and online marketplaces to embrace sustainability effortlessly so they, in turn, can offer sustainable choices to travelers.

What you'll do:

We're looking for our new Account Executive to help us enhance our solutions and seize a vast market opportunity. You’ll help us expand our global market and build out our pipeline of hotels and marketplaces, taking part ownership of existing customers, localising and reaching out to new leads, managing meetings, performing demos, and taking leads from A-Z. You will work closely with our Head of Sales to form strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including C-level executives and department heads. You’ll also:

  • Deeply understand our client's challenges and recommend solutions following the Value-Based Selling framework.
  • Engage with clients not as transactions but as partnerships. Be their ally in navigating sustainability challenges.
  • Identify and engage with prospects where our solutions can make a meaningful difference.
  • Develop and follow a sales process that prioritizes value delivery over deal-closure. Every interaction should empower the client.
  • Liaise with our Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure the client experience is seamless and transformative.
  • Maintain meticulous records in our CRM Hubspot, focusing on insights that help deliver value to our clients.

You will thrive if you have:

  • Have 2-4 years of experience in sales or account management in SaaS.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills to communicate value propositions and understand client needs effectively.
  • Display a strong focus on customer-centricity and the ability to foster meaningful relationships.
  • Experience in value-based selling and handling complex client requirements.
  • Are proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Have a passion for sustainability and a drive to make positive change.
  • Display acumen in navigating the challenges of scaling and growing a business.
  • Are a quick learner who can adapt to the ever-evolving world of sustainability.
  • Prove adeptness at multitasking and juggling multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry, as well as AI-powered platforms or sustainability tech solutions, is a plus.
