We’re looking for a Tech Lead ready to impact sustainable travel significantly. You & your sub-team will drive the development of solutions that enable hotels and online marketplaces to embrace sustainability effortlessly so they, in turn, can offer sustainable choices to travelers.

We're just starting, and there's room for you to join us as our newest Tech Lead, helping us to enhance our solutions and seize a vast market opportunity.

• Lead the development of our hotel-focused products and lead with expertise in technologies like C# ASP.NET, React.js, TypeScript, micro-service architecture, REST APIs, and Azure.
• Design robust software architectures and ensure devotion to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Mentor team members, promote continuous learning, and manage team dynamics and resource allocation.

• Are an exceptional developer of software.
• Have extensive experience, +10 years professionally, in full-stack development.
• Feel comfortable at home within the Microsoft tech stack, including C#, ASP.NET (.NET 7), Azure, micro-services architecture, and REST APIs. (AI/ML & data science skills are a plus)
• Demonstrate leadership skills in a technical environment – preferably with good experiences already.
• Are passionate about sustainability and the power of technology.
