Position Overview

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in owning and driving our marketing efforts to achieve ambitious business targets.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an A-player who thrives on challenges, values teamwork, and is eager to contribute to the global expansion of our business.

You will work closely with the rest of the team to build and execute our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage our end-to-end marketing strategy, from ideation to execution, to drive business growth and brand awareness.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Manage the adoption of Account-Based Marketing strategies, collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer targeting and engagement.
  • Leverage your expertise and targeted content to optimise our freemium B2B network, contributing to higher conversions of retailers and suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Contribute to our ambitious expansion plans by developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with diverse international audiences.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies and implementation.
  • Experience in B2B marketing within the technology or SaaS industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Track record of achieving ambitious targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.

  • Experience working in or selling to the retail industry
