We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communication Manager to join DCAI. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that position DCAI as a leader in AI and high-performance computing. This role offers a unique opportunity to build our marketing strategy from the ground up, working globally to drive awareness and engagement with the biggest name in AI supercomputing in Denmark. The Job
This role requires a hands-on, versatile marketer who can operate independently, developing innovative strategies to engage our target audiences and support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience developing engaging content based on very technical topics. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can both think strategically and execute tactically.
Your key responsibilities and tasks include:
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategy: Create and implement a strategic marketing plan focused on positioning the company at the forefront in supercomputing services. You will track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts.
Brand management: Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity across all content and channels, managing external vendors as needed.
Content strategy and campaigns: Develop a strong content strategy across formats – blogs, website, whitepapers, case studies, videos, newsletters, presentations.
Campaigns: Create and manage integrated campaigns to drive awareness, education, and conversion. Support product launched and announcements with coordinated marketing campaigns
Technical content creation and management: Produce and oversee the creation of specialized content that communicates the capabilities and benefits of our products, including detailed use cases, research outcomes, and technical documentation targeted to a highly knowledgeable audience. You will also be collaborating with SMEs to coordinate the development of training documents.
Digital marketing: Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media. Manage website and social media accounts. Set up and track key marketing KPIs across all channels and optimize accordingly
Customer and partner communication: Develop and manage communication strategies that enhance strategic relationships. On some projects you will also be working with strategic partners communication teams to develop joint content.
Events and Community building: Manage participation in industry conferences, developer events, etc. Plan and execute events such as launch events, customer events, etc. including with VIP guests. Build a community of AI builders, researcher, and practitioners through both online and offline engagement.
Requirements
Professional and personal qualifications
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you have:
Minimum 7 years of experience with different types of marketing.
Experience in technical environments and marketing highly technical products.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messages tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The ability to think strategically and develop long-term marketing and communication plans that align with business goals and industry trends.
A creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development, constantly seeking new and innovative ways to reach and engage the target audience.
