The job
We’re looking for a Head of Growth who’s both a planner and a doer - someone entrepreneurial, analytical, and hands-on enough to build our growth engine from scratch.
We’re looking for a bold, ambitious individual who wants to carve their path to executive leadership by doing what great executives do best: starting from the ground up, building something real, and developing the foundation of a lasting, scalable marketing engine. This isn’t a “manage and report” role. It’s for someone who thrives on experimentation, can design and execute growth strategies independently, and is excited by the opportunity to shape the direction of a company with massive potential.
You’ll own the full growth funnel - from acquisition to retention - and over time, build the team and systems that will scale Digibate globally.
What You’ll Do
Phase 1: Build the Engine (First 6–12 Months)
● Design and execute Digibate’s growth strategy from the ground up. ● Design, test, and optimize funnels to scale user acquisition and conversion.
● Run campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit, etc.
● Test and iterate on ad creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies. ● Optimize ROAS, cost per signup, and conversion rates throughout the funnel.
● Manage budgets, allocate spend, and scale high-performing campaigns.
● Create data-driven experiments to test new acquisition channels and growth loops.
Phase 2: Scale and Expand (Post-Growth Validation)
● Develop and lead partner programs with marketing agencies, freelancers, and creators.
● Build affiliate and referral networks to scale organic growth.
● Identify and execute collaboration opportunities, such as co-marketing or integrations.
● Hire and manage a small growth team (performance, partnerships, lifecycle) as the company scales.
Requirements
What You Bring
● Entrepreneurial mindset - you think like a founder and act like an owner.
● Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, autonomous environments.
● Proven track record in building and scaling successful marketing funnels or growth systems for SaaS or tech startups.
● Deep experience in paid acquisition and growth experimentation (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, etc.).
● Strong understanding of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, activation, churn).
● Analytical and data-driven, but creative enough to test bold ideas.
● Comfortable managing budgets, reporting, and end-to-end campaign performance.
● Bonus: Experience in affiliate marketing, partnership programs, or B2B SaaS.
