Head of Product Marketing

Your new role
As the Head of Product Marketing at Dreamdata, you will be part of the Marketing team while working closely with the Product team. You will be responsible for launching new products and features, from ideation to implementation, and helping to crystallise our current offerings' value proposition and positioning.
It will not be an easy task; you must stay organised and can hold many thoughts in your head at once, but we promise you it will be fun and rewarding. You will work alongside seasoned and passionate marketers, product people and engineers.

Your new responsibilities and tasks
- Drive our go-to-market strategy for new product releases, collaborating closely with the entire organisation to ensure its success.
- Enhance and optimise our Product-Led Approach through education, onboarding, and activation strategies.
- Create compelling content, feature stories, and marketing assets for internal and external understanding.
- Contribute to shaping our product's positioning and messaging based on user research and market insights.
- Lead product naming and hierarchy strategy in alignment with our market position.
- Provide valuable input into new feature development and optimisation of existing features.
What you need to succeed
- You've immersed yourself in essential reads like "Obviously Awesome" by April Dunford and "Loved" by Martina Lauchengo, showcasing a genuine interest in positioning and messaging strategies.
- You bring over five years of relevant experience to the table.
- You have a track record of successful product-led go-to-market strategies, including proficiency in crafting in-product messaging, preferably within a SaaS company.
- You excel at comprehending intricate tech concepts and translating them into valuable customer-facing communication.
- Thriving in a dynamic work environment, you enjoy collaborating across diverse departments in a company that embraces rapid change.
- You can conduct customer interviews and market research to inform business strategies.
- Your approach is meticulous and process-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Naturally inclined to understand and work within complex systems.
- Prior experience in high-growth SaaS companies, particularly within marketing or the data space, is highly desirable.
- Possessing superior spoken and written English skills is a must for this role.
