Senior Content Manager

Founded by ex-Trustpilot (TRST:LSE) product and engineering leaders starting in 2019 after building the platform internally, Dreamdata is now taking the complex world of B2B marketing by storm by helping marketing leaders optimize and connect their efforts across all marketing channels to real revenue, something that wasn't fully possible until now.
The job
With product market fit achieved, we're growing 100%+ YoY and six-figure deals already being closed from our Copenhagen office. We are looking to expand our EMEA marketing team by hiring a Senior Content Manager to start immediately. At Dreamdata, we help our B2B customers understand what works and do more of it. High-quality content has always been a core part of our go-to-market strategy, and we continue to believe that great content is at the heart of driving our growth and brand.
That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Content Manager to lead our content efforts, ensuring we educate, engage, and grow our audience in meaningful ways.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a small content team, acting as both an editor and coach
- Produce high-impact content while ensuring quality across the team’s work
- Transform advanced technology into simple and memorable stories
- Think about content distribution as much as content production
- Align content efforts with marketing, sales, and product teams
- Optimize content for SEO, LLMs, and performance metrics
- Work with CMS and HTML to manage and publish content
- Use data and analytics to measure content impact and inform decisions
Requirements
What You Bring
- Experience in B2B marketing technology and SaaS
- Superior English writing skills
- Ability to manage a small team and prioritize effectively
- A structured and organized approach to content operations
- An original mindset with a sense of humor
- Comfort working with numbers, data analysis, and performance insights
