The Position

EIVEE is on the hunt for a dynamic Head of Sales to oversee sales initiatives across major European and UK markets. We're counting on your expertise to guide and expand our sales team as we aim to onboard hundreds and thousands more customers. Our sales team, which presently consists of four Account Executives (AEs), is well-versed with our product and the industry. However, your influence will be key in helping us achieve our lofty future aspirations.

Your responsibilities will include total management of the sales team and assurance of quota fulfilment. You'll also be tasked with adeptly scaling the sales unit to meet ever-evolving objectives. Your duties will involve the creation and execution of training and coaching programs for our AEs, implementation of strategies to enhance fundamental metrics, and strategic contribution towards business expansion into new markets and verticals. Leadership will be key, and you will be expected to lead by example and take an active role in operations.

You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and relevant leadership experience in the same field. Exceptional organizational abilities and diligent CRM adherence are among your strengths. You are adept at guiding your team from initial lead stages to closing deals. You possess the capacity and willingness to contribute both strategically and operationally on a daily basis. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you have a knack for completing what you start and keeping your word.
