VP Sales

We are Lissi GmbH, a technology startup focusing on software development for end-users and organizations to enable trustworthy interactions with newly evolving ID-Wallets. We build and develop on open standards and protocols, for an European ecosystem of digital identities (eIDAS 2.0). With us you don't just sell a product. The job

Our team belongs to the leading experts in the area ofDigital Identity Wallets in Europe. Companies and organizations worldwide approach us to work with us. To leverage this potential we are looking for you as our VP Sales.

Your tasks will include:

  • Help us to build up the company and the company's sales team
  • Actively shaping our marketing and sales strategy for our EUDI-Wallet software solution
  • Conceptualizing, creating, and executing sales campaigns
  • Building, maintaining, and developing customer relationships and partnerships all over Europe
  • Preparation of offers and participation in public tenders
  • Support the implementation of customer projects during the initial phase
  • Engaging deeply with our products and the underlying technology, maintaining close contact with various stakeholders in our ecosystem, and realizing our vision as part of the team


You should apply if you have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in software enterprise B2B sales (ideally in the area of IAM, cybersecurity or trust services)
  • Strong leadership to help building up the company and setting up new processes
  • Proven success in significantly increasing a company's turnover from thousands to millions of EUR
  • Solid understanding of software products and ability to demonstrate software products
  • Distinct customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Ability to recognize sales opportunities and a strong focus on closing deals paired with negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software
  • Have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken (German is a plus)
  • Enjoy it to visit our customers and industry events on site all over Europe
  • Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business studies or software engineering or related fields
