About the position As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a member of the C-Suite Executive Team, and your key responsibilities will cover (but not be limited to):
-Content Strategy Creation & Planning -Define Marketing Strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives -Liaising with other Dept. for coordination of unified approach to Customer Service, DTC, Marketing execution -Design & Coordinate all campaigns Brand & Promotional Across all Marketing Channels (Press, SoMe, other Digital) -Build a highly efficient team of Marketing Professionals -Create a solid network of strategic partnerships -Roadmap of Digital tools to promote Brand Awareness and Digital Sales -Define and manage Marketing Budget -Listens to the market and trends, Ability to provide clear market insight -Manage Digital Agencies & Budget -Define and develop Sales & Market Forecast – KPIs across channels

Requirements
We seek the following qualifications
-Clear knowledge and working competence of our Digital Tools -Proven Experience as CMO or Senior Marketing Manager Ready to Step Up -Ability to Lead and Execute -Solid Understanding of Data Analysis and Market Research -Leader with both creative and analytical capabilities -Outstanding communication written and verbal & builds strong relationships with others -Understanding of different business depts, IT, Finance etc… -Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects
