It’s a Manufacturing Execution System built as a SaaS for the Manufacturing industry focused on Shopfloor Execution, logistics, and scheduling. They focus on high performance, usability, scalability, and platform-independent access anytime. Essential the product has within three years has become a unique tool used in more than 14 locations with thousands of daily users securing the fastest time to value for businesses. The company was founded in 1927 and is now operating all over the globe, with locations in China, India, Europe, the US, and Brazil. Your new role
Product related
Identify requirements and new needed features for the mSolutions product based on customer input and competitor analysis
Support specification for further developing the mSolutions product and release planning for new features
Active participation in our agile working environment (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning, review, and retrospective
Implementation related during rollout project at customer:
Evaluation and optimization of the customer specific effort for roll out of the solution (Map customer needs with functional solution)
Lead the roll out at customer site
Interface between the customer and development team for functional topics (configuration, customization) Consults, supports configuration of mSolutions at customer site Requirements
What you'll need to be a success
In order to succeed in the described role, you’ll need the following skillset:
Ability to work in self organized and autonomous cross functional teams and experienced with agile methods (Scrum is preferable)
Good understanding of material & information flow processes in discrete manufacturing / lean manufacturing
Empathy, hands on mindset and good communication skills, as well as fluent in German and English
Customer centric mindset
Bachelor degree in manufacturing, logistics, informatics or similar
Basic knowledge of SQL / databases / Software Development
Min. 3 5 years working experience
