We are looking for a Product Designer to help shape the next generation of our Enterprise SaaS platform and contribute to how modern design teams work.

AI fluency is essential for this role. You should be confident using AI throughout your own design process and experienced in designing AI-powered product experiences for customers. You understand how to work prompt-first, move rapidly from an idea to something tangible, and apply strong design judgment to turn generated possibilities into coherent, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

You will join an international product organization operating in a fast-moving scaleup environment. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, define strong product directions, and deliver experiences that make complex workflows feel simple and effective.

Your mission

• Take ownership of complex product challenges from early discovery and concept development through validation, refinement, and implementation
• Identify customer and product needs before they become fully formed requirements, and make those opportunities visible through research, concepts, and prototypes
• Use AI as an active part of your daily workflow across exploration, synthesis, ideation, content, prototyping, testing, and delivery
• Design clear, trustworthy, and effective AI-powered product experiences within our Enterprise SaaS platform
• Work prompt-first where appropriate, using AI to expand the range and speed of exploration while maintaining a high standard of product judgment and design quality
• Turn ambiguous requirements into clear product direction, actionable design work, and measurable progress
• Translate customer, business, and technical needs into intuitive and scalable product experiences
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to challenge assumptions, evaluate options, and drive decisions
• Create user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and detailed interface designs for complex, multi-role workflows
• Build functional and high-fidelity prototypes using design tools, AI-enabled platforms, and code where useful
• Contribute to the development and consistent application of our design system
• Present your work with clarity and conviction, including the reasoning, principles, evidence, and trade-offs behind your decisions
• Demonstrate modern design practices and help the wider organization understand how AI can improve product development
• Strengthen the design team through collaboration, critique, experimentation, and knowledge sharing

Your profile

• Several years of experience designing digital products, ideally within B2B or Enterprise SaaS
• Strong practical fluency with generative AI, prompting, AI-assisted design tools, and rapid prototyping workflows
• Experience designing AI-enabled features, workflows, or product experiences
• A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, interaction design, visual craft, AI-enabled workflows, and delivered outcomes
• Experience working in a scaleup or similarly dynamic product environment
• The ability to recognize emerging product needs, frame opportunities, and create momentum before every requirement has been defined
• The confidence to take an idea from an early signal through to a clear, tangible, and well-resolved solution
• Experience designing complex workflows, information structures, or products serving multiple user roles
• A keen eye for quality and a strong understanding of usability, consistency, accessibility, and product coherence
• The judgment to distinguish generated output from a genuinely strong product solution
• Confidence communicating design decisions to product teams, senior stakeholders, and the wider organization
• A collaborative approach and the ability to strengthen the work of others through feedback, example, and shared practice
• Very good English skills

Ideally, you also have

• Experience using AI coding or prototyping tools to create functional product concepts
• Experience defining interaction patterns for conversational, agentic, predictive, or automated product experiences
• An understanding of the trust, transparency, control, and failure states involved in AI-powered products
• Experience designing products involving automation, data-heavy workflows, administration, or configuration
• Experience contributing to or evolving a design system
• Experience facilitating critiques, workshops, or internal demonstrations
• Experience coaching or supporting the development of other designers
• Familiarity with e-commerce, ERP, marketplace, or multichannel commerce products
