The job
Why we’re hiring for this role
Product-Led Growth is a reinvigorated strategic priority at PlentyONE.
We launched our self-serve motion last year. It’s working — but there’s room to grow. We know there’s significant untapped potential in improving activation, simplifying the experience, and helping customers reach their “Aha” moment faster.
At the same time, we’re planning a major UX overhaul to move towards a clearer, more opinionated product experience. This role will be at the center of that transformation.
You will:
● Increase trial-to-paid conversion
● Reduce time-to-value
● Build experimentation muscle across product, design & engineering
● Shift us from project mode to continuous discovery
● Expand PLG ownership further down the funnel (engagement, upsell, churn prevention)
This is a business-critical role driving revenue through product.
Your team
You will report to Christoph Wöhrl (Group Product Manager Platform & OMS) and work within a product organization of 2 GPMs and 11 PMs under the CPO.
You will:
● Be the most senior growth-focused PM in the organization
● Collaborate closely with BI (including a growth-focused analytics stream using Mixpanel)
● Partner with Design, Engineering, Marketing and Product Marketing
● Drive experimentation practices across teams
We don’t have a separate “growth team” — which means growth is a company capability you will help build.
Your mission
Own and scale our Product-Led Growth motion — starting with top-of-funnel activation and expanding towards engagement and monetization.
