Subaio is a Danish FinTech company growing rapidly globally with a technology that provides simple solutions to complex financial questions. Your new role

You will work closely with the VP of Sales to ensure growth for Subaio. A key part of the job is to scale their solution to banks and other financial players. This underpins the importance of having great relationship-building skills as well as a solid commercial understanding coupled with a high ability to navigate in large organisations. You can work independently proactively, and you are comfortable taking the lead, but, at the same time, you must possess team player attributes to help Subaio succeed. As a Regional Sales Manager, your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Become an expert in stakeholder management and engagement, conveying the value proposition of Subaio to numerous relevant stakeholders in the banks.
  • Connect and build relationships with key stakeholders from the banks' organisations and ensure that Subaio is top of mind.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and be able to speak on a strategic as well as an operational level with them.
  • Become a market expert & thought leader on Subaio’s solutions.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales processes and securing progress with new partnerships focusing on the Nordic and EMEA banking sectors.
  • Conduct sales meetings with sharp sales demonstrations showing their thought leadership.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline.

What you will need to be a success

You preferably have +5 years of experience with enterprise sales in SaaS. It’s a plus if you know the Banking or financial sector, but a proven successful background in C-level solution selling is required. You have business acumen and can talk about the bank (customer) business, set-up, challenges, and possibilities – within Subaio's area of focus. You are skilled in mapping and understanding the customer’s needs and excellent in understanding prospect pains and technically mapping them into USPs in Subaio’s solution. You can communicate fluently in English.
