About the role:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the Nordic and European financial sector. You will leverage your deep industry knowledge, relationships, and consultative sales approach to help banks optimize their operations, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation.
Key responsibilities:
Develop & execute sales strategy: Identify,capture and grow high-value opportunities within the banking sector.
Build & strengthen relationships: Engage with C-level decision-makers, understanding their challenges and positioning Subaio as a trusted partner.
Drive business growth: Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring sustainable success.
Leverage market insights: Stay up to date with trends and regulations in the banking and financial services industry to provide strategic insights, to proactively address evolving customer needs.
Contribute to annual business plans, growths targets and budgets.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on the banking and financial services industry.
• Excellent commercial understanding and capability to identify opportunities and propose solutions based on business case development • Self-driven and motivated
• A strong network of contacts within banks and financial institutions. • Demonstrated success in managing and closing deals with a long sales cycle.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Further languages is a plus. We empower good financial decision making.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• A self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment while meeting sales targets.
• Ability to take ownership and master knowledge of prioritizing.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be discussed with your manager.
