The job

Do you want to help drive growth for customers in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company serving the fashion and lifestyle industry?

Traede helps some of the most exciting fashion and lifestyle brands in the Nordics manage their B2B and B2C sales. We’re part of Duett Software Group and growing fast across the region, so we’re now looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Copenhagen.

The role

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with new potential customers. You’ll focus on identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying prospects to help expand our customer base. You’ll work closely with the Sales Executives to generate meetings and build the pipeline for future deals.

Examples of tasks:

● Research and identify relevant brands and potential customers

● Generate and manage your own leads, from first contact to booked meeting

● Proactively reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to book high-quality meetings

● Consistently meet and exceed targets and contribute to overall team growth

● Follow up on inbound leads and maintain structured communication with prospects

● Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads

● Track and report progress through structured weekly and monthly reporting

Requirements

We imagine you have:

● Experience with outbound prospecting and a strong interest in B2B sales

● Great communication skills and the confidence to reach out directly to decision-makers

● Fluency in Swedish or Danish + English (spoken and written)

● A proactive, curious mindset and motivation to learn and grow

● Interest in the fashion or lifestyle industry is a big plus

● Familiarity with ERP, B2B, or CRM systems is an advantage

● the ablity to be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where things move quickly

● A base in the Copenhagen area and able to work from our HQ
