Sales Manager Sweden

The job

Do you want to build and own a market in a growing B2B SaaS company within wholesale fashion, interior, beauty and lifestyle?

TRAEDE helps leading Nordic brands manage wholesale, ecommerce and operations in one platform. We are part of Duett Software Group and expanding in Sweden, where we already have customers and increasing demand.

We are now establishing a local presence in Stockholm and looking for the person who will build and lead the Swedish business.

You will be our first employee in Sweden and responsible for revenue, market development and building the local team.

The Role

You will run the Swedish market end to end.

Initially you will handle the full sales cycle yourself. At the same time you will build structure, validate positioning and hire the first local sales team.

This is a commercial ownership role combining sales execution, market expansion and leadership.

Your responsibilities

Sales

● Generate and qualify new opportunities

● Run meetings, demos and negotiations

● Close new customers

● Build and maintain a predictable pipeline

● Forecast and deliver on revenue targets

Market development

● Establish TRAEDE in the Swedish wholesale industry

● Build relationships with brands and key stakeholders

● Attend industry events and trade shows

● Adapt positioning and messaging to the local market

Team building

● Hire the first Swedish sales representatives

● Train and onboard new hires

● Set targets, structure and cadence

● Lead and develop the local team

What success looks like

● Sweden becomes a consistent revenue contributor

● Recognizable Swedish brands become customers

● A performing local sales team is in place

● Pipeline and growth no longer depend on Copenhagen

Requirements

Requirements

● Comfortable owning the full sales cycle

● Experience mentoring or leading salespeople

● Strong commercial mindset and accountability

● Native Swedish and fluent English

Nice to have

● Experience selling complex B2B SaaS, ERP or financial software

● Network in Swedish wholesale or ecommerce
