Tech Lead

The job
We’re looking for a Tech Lead who can combine strong technical skills with leadership. You’ll guide and mentor the development team while staying hands-on in the codebase. From new feature development to refactoring technical debt and solving critical bugs, you’ll be central to shaping the product.
This role is about being a bridge between developers, support, customers, and partners. If you’re able to simplify complex challenges and design pragmatic solutions, you’ll thrive here.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop best-in-class solutions to complex business problems. As an ERP system, we aim to optimize business operations for our customers - constantly looking for ways to improve processes and deliver better outcomes.
● Support other developers by helping solve difficult cases and reviewing pull requests ● Provide context and technical guidance to other departments when needed.
● Stay updated on the latest technology trends and help foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
● Collaborate with Leads across teams to continuously improve how we adopt new technology and improve standards/best practices.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development.
● Strong technical leadership skills.
● 8+ years of experience in software development.
● Hands-on experience integrating external APIs (e.g., open banking, KYC, AML).
● Professional experience with:
○ PHP (Laravel)
○ React.js
○ PostgreSQL or a similar SQL engine
