Active Marketing Chef

The job
Due to our rapid growth and the need to be closer to our customers, we are looking for a sales representative to be included in our staff.
The person we are looking for is a AMC – Active Marketing Chef, living in the Netherlands, who owns these characteristics:
- Experience in sales is a plus, not necessarily in the catering or Ho.re.ca fields.
- Leadership, problem solving, team work, flexibility and open-mindedness.
- Ability to schedule their work independently and based on objectives
- Understanding of the demographics of the assigned territory. The active Marketing Chef will travel 80-85% of the time within their assigned territory. There may be overnight stays.
- Proficiency in English
- Experience working with combi ovens is a plus
- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
Requirements
The candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager and will have these duties:
- Achieve regional sales objectives by preparing and respecting action plans and encouraging the finalization of sales agreements
- Plan and manage promotional events, including those organized by and with UNOX partners as wholesalers and retailers of Hotel equipment:
- Plan and manage training courses to dealers, wholesalers or other UNOX partners that provide technical support in order to train them on post-sale activities (installation, maintenance, basic functioning of UNOX products, etc.)
- Manage technical support if necessary
- Develop the assigned territory looking for new sales opportunities
- Attend various regional and national trade show events being comfortable in demonstrations to large groups.
- Maintain and develop UNOX brand awareness
