· Lead and oversee a team of Active Marketing Chefs with the aim of attaining regional sales targets by formulating and adhering to action plans and facilitating the completion of sales agreements.

· Strategize and execute promotional events, including those in collaboration with UNOX partners such as wholesalers and equipment retailers.

· Organize and conduct training sessions for dealers, wholesalers, or other UNOX partners, offering technical support to enhance their proficiency in post-sales activities (installation, maintenance).

· Explore new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

· Manage and develop the existing UNOX Key Account Customers and develop the business with new ones.

· Participate in regional and national trade events.

· Cultivate and strengthen relationships between UNOX and its partners.

· Sustain and enhance brand awareness.

· Utilize and update the CRM system with completed activities and plan follow-ups.

· Manage technical support as needed.

· Conduct demonstrations and training sessions to support end customers.

Training:

· Degree in Engineer or Economy preferred

Skills:

· Proficiency in English.

Experiences:

· Experience in sales (n. of years), preferably in the catering or Ho.re.ca fields;

· Experience working with combi ovens is a plus;

· Experience working with CRM systems is a plus.

· An advanced Training (2 weeks) will be provided in the Italian Head Quarter;
