Senior Venture Architect (f/m/d)
WhatAVenture is a European corporate venture builder with a strong client footprint primarily in Austria, Germany and Italy. They are a trusted partner for leading corporates such as Julius Blum, Raffeisen Bank, KTM, Deutsche Post, Daimler, Miele and many more, helping them build startups and investment teams. The Venture Architect team acts as visionary venture architects, hands-on entrepreneurs and investors, and have a strong impact on the success of each venture. So far WhatAVenture has helped build more than 40 ventures across Europe. WhatAVenture has offices in Vienna and Bolzano.
The job
What you will be doing
- Independent takeover of implementation projects with our customers
- Active role in the development of our clients’ companies
- Development and validation of new business models and support of these as a responsible person up to the implementation and establishment on the market
- Creation of go-to-market concepts
- Acquisition of suitable pilot customers and identification of the most important customer needs
- Coaching of interdisciplinary innovation teams
- Organisation, implementation and moderation of workshops
Requirements
What you need to be successful in the role
- 3-5 years of professional experience from management consulting
- Interest in trends and innovations as well as an affinity for new technologies
- Open and confident demeanor, as well as enjoy conducting and moderating workshops
- Entrepreneurial mindset, enjoys creating, high level of commitment, sense of responsibility and independent way of working
- Experience in business/product development
- Comprehensible processing and visualization of complex issues
- Perseverance and the ability to convince people (or pilot customers) of the merits of a project
- Assertiveness, strong communication and implementation skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office and PowerPoint

Salary
We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 40.110,00 for this position. However we offer a competive base salary according to a career scheme that takes your qualifications, experience and personal commitment into account. Plus, you will also get nice benefits on top!
