While a Search or Executive Search assignment is a scalpel-like process to address a specific need, an RPO is an organization-wide project. It’s typically relevant ahead of a funding round, an acquisition or an IPO. It’s also applicable in situations where your internal Talent Acquisition team doesn’t have the size or ability to make a dent in a hiring backlog, or when the business is undergoing a fundamental shift such as entering a new vertical.
During an RPO, we allocate full-time resources to your company’s Talent Acquisition team for a limited period of time – typically four to 10 months. During that time, you can expect the same degree of dedication and attention to detail as we bring to bear with our Search and Executive Search processes.
